Payment Verification

Every DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposit is matched to your registered phone number and bank ID. Large withdrawals (above Rp 10 million) require a second verification step to prevent account takeover.

Data Retention & Privacy

We store your account data, transaction history and payment records for seven years to comply with payment audit standards. After account closure, archived data is encrypted and retained offline for fourteen years, then deleted.
