Data encryption and storage

Your login, deposit history and personal details are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data to third parties outside what local law requires. Surabaya-based players and all other regions get the same protection level.

Record retention and deletion

We keep account records, game history and transaction logs for seven years as required by financial regulation. After seven years, we delete non-essential data. You can request a personal data export at any time through Settings > Privacy.
